Lost.

So, um, Lost? If you haven't watched it yet but care to, stop reading now.

Not the ending I was hoping for, but better than I was expecting. It's interesting that we now have a refugee with the others who's post-infancy; maybe once the second season starts we'll learn a little more about them. You knew that radar was ominous.

Other thoughts?

I'm now wondering whether Hurley was ever supposed to be on the plane. I also wonder if the island is supposed to be some sort of human roach motel. Is that why Locke was getting sucked in? Would he end up where the hatch was?

Of course, I'm still reeling from the last few seconds of Alias...

Several disjointed points:
1-Not so good critical thinking skills displayed by Jack (surgeons!) with the idea of having himself and Locke carry the dynamite, given that if they went boom, there would be exactly one useful character left on the island (Sayid)
2-Charlie describing anyone as pathetic, and then turning his back on them as they remain crazy with a rifle-also not so stellar reasoning
3-Cool twist with the others taking Walt-while you knew the rafting trip couldn't end well, this was not what I was expecting
4-And the hatch subplot? Kind of boring, no? How exactly would one hide 40-odd castaways down a hatch whose existence had just been loudly proclaimed by high explosives?

Oh, and has there ever been a more welcome dynamite accident than the silencing of Arzt?
